Melinda joined the Agenda for Children OST in 2018 as a Quality Coach, where she coaches OST programs through the
Quality Improvement System, and in 2019 she became a Trainer/Facilitator for AFCOST & the STEAM Initiative in delivering OST professional development. Melinda brings her Youth Worker approach to help clients and OST staff to develop pathways through self-discovery and a strengths-based approach to solve their problems, confront their challenges with confidence and a sense of power, and develop OST competencies and practical skills in delivering quality and relevant OST programs. In addition to the AFCOST and the STEAM Initiative, Melinda works as an organizational development consultant, facilitator and coach.
