Matt is an experienced facilitator, instructional coach, and community organizer with 20 years experience in educational justice work. For almost 10 years, he has been an instructional coach and teacher in Cambridge Public Schools, where (among other roles) he helped conceive and facilitate
Building Equity Bridges. Matt is also a dad, a music lover, a Celtics fan, and a white person working toward anti-racism. He is excited to engage with the AFCOST community to learn and practice together.
